GCM offers state-of-the-art and round-the-clock access to insurance information for lenders, mortgage brokers, closing agents, homeowners, and realtors through EOI Direct. For heightened client experience, certificates of insurance are obtainable through the online delivery service from EIOdirect.com.
If you are a first-time user, please follow the links to register and save your user ID and password to log into your account whenever you need. While registration is free, a delivery charge is applicable for mortgage clause additions. Once you have created an account, click “Evidence of Insurance” to search and access the association policy information you seek.
